Hello everyone! So I have been practicing and experimenting with this recipe all summer, and I do believe I have finally nailed it!
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1 cup of sugar
1 tspn vanilla
1/4 tspn of lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
In a bowl separate your egg whites and blend until frothy.
Next, gradually add the sugar then blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until foamy.
Now, add the vanilla and lemon juice.
Blend and mix on high for about 10 minutes until it reaches a peak.
You can spoon small portions or use a decorator’s or a ziploc bag with a snipped tip or decorating tip to portion out the cookies. I know I used aluminum foil, but I recommend using parchment paper to line your pan.
Now, bake in the oven for 2 hours.
When you take them out let them cool before taking them off the paper. It should only take a few minutes.
Enjoy! They’re so addicting!!!
